The sales representative (or sales rep) is responsible for overseeing the sale of products or services from beginning to end. This individual is the direct point of contact with a customer and is in charge of ensuring a customer’s needs and expectations are met. A sales representative should know their product or service inside and out and guide their customers through the purchase process efficiently and satisfactorily.

• Acquires new customers by reaching out to leads
• Researches customer’s individual or business purchase needs
• Adjusts sales tactics based on tests and new insights in the field
• Resolves customer complaints and queries
• Submits purchase orders
• Informs management of purchase actions
• Maintains monthly minimum goals
• Makes recommendations for the customer

• High school diploma
• Bachelor’s degree (not required)
• 1+ years of sales experience
• Customer service and people skills
• Phone, email, and chat communication skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and financial goal minimums
• Patience to deal with customer issues and calls that do not end in a sale

Pay per appointment and commission on all sales.

Our company is looking for a TrimLight Installer to help our customers improve their homes by adding our TrimLight Edge System. In this role, your primary responsibility is to properly connect our TrimLight system to soffits and fascias, ensuring the highest quality of craftsmanship. You will learn how to install on different types of TrimLight channels without causing damage. You may install TrimLight on new buildings or remodeling projects. You must also inspect your work to ensure it meets our high expectations. While our ideal candidate already has some residential construction experience, we are willing to provide training under. Carpentry and sheet metal work experience is a plus.

All employees will be provided installation training videos and must take ladder safety training.

• Install TrimLight systems on various property types.
• Inspect sites for damage and hazards
• Prepare cost estimates
• Use power tools and hand tools
• Fish wires to the controller
• Attach wiring
• Perform maintenance and repairs

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Construction experience (preferred)
